Wow, the crew at mynatour had quite a heavy “Christmessy” weekend. Maybe you did too? Get yourself going in the morning with a little work out to your all time favourite tunes, giving your blood circulation a boost and keeping you protected against the cold. T?is the season to be snotty at the moment with people coughing and sneezing all around us. Treat your immune system to plenty of fresh fruit, juices and veg and try to cut down on endless fast food junking out, as you won?t be getting the nutrition your body needs. Christmas crystalises a lot of emotion for people. If you?re feeling a bit down or depressed, please don?t be afraid to talk to your friends. Best of all, if you can see that one of your friends is sad, reach out to them and listen. There are no better presents than friendship and love. Take care!
