Skeleton Sea is an environmental awareness campaign created from the perspective of a group of surfers and artists who depend of the sea to fulfill their passion for sport.

The project consist in an interactive environmental awareness campaign generating a strong visual impact through the exhibition of mixed media installations, documentary films and recycling sculptures created around the world.

Responsible Consumerism During Ecotravel

One thing we are sure to do when we travel is consume. The very act of traveling is consumption - the consumption of services, like transportation and lodging and entry fees and show tickets; or of goods, like food, clothing, souvenirs, luggage tags, and books to keep us entertained during the inevitable periods of waiting in lines and in rooms for things to happen. Consumption is automatic and can be a mindless activity.

David Suzuki's Force of Nature

This weekend I volunteered at the local small cinema during the first few screenings of the documentary by David Suzuki, entitled "Force of Nature", to generate viewer support for the David Suzuki Foundation. The film is a winner of the People's Choice Documentary Award in the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival, showcasing 339 films from 59 countries.

Fantastic Ocean of...Plastic?

Did you know parts of our ocean contain more plastic than plankton?! About 1300 kilometres North of Hawaii in the Pacific Ocean on the Eastern corner of a 13-billion-hectare oval known as the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre, lies a stretch of ocean which is avoided by most boats and top predators, alike. These waters look deserted, slow and stale...resembling a floating landfill.

Situata nella parte pi? a sud-ovest dalla Gran Bretagna, ? lontano dal resto del paese in tanti sensi. Qui la vita scorre pi? lentamente e questo senso del tempo ci aiuta a godere dei paesaggi suggestivi e romantici che la sua natura, storia e tradizioni ci offrono.
Siamo nella terra di Re Art?, che, secondo la leggenda, nacque nel castello di Tintagel.

Un luogo che ha un'eredit? inestimabile da raccontare che parla di una delle pi? ricche variet? di fauna selvatica ? ora seriamente minacciato da un futuro sempre pi? incerto.
