Segnali di fumo per la giornata mondiale della Terra

Per il quarantesimo anniversario dell'Earth Day, ? finito il blocco dei voli e gli aerei possono decollare regolarmente dopo una settimana durante la quale la terra ci ha mandato un segnale di fumo.

Una nube passeggera di cenere dalla piccola Islanda, situata all'estremit? del pianeta, ha interrotto i flussi turistici, i viaggi, il commercio e la cultura (eventi) tra l'Europa ed il resto del mondo.

Smoke signals on Earth day

On the 40th anniversary of Earth Day, the flight disruption stops and airplanes take off again regularly after a week that the Earth is sending us a smoke signal.

A passing cloud of ash from the tiny little island at the top of our planet has disrupted tourism, travel, commerce and culture across Europe and the globe.
Mister Eyjafjallajokull's costs the airline industry an estimated $200 million a day, with further damages spreading throughout the global economy.

2010 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards

The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) has announced the 12 finalists for the 2010 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards. The winners will be revealed on May 26th celebrating the best in sustainable tourism throughout four different categories. This year over 160 entries were received from over 45 countries.
